CWYS shall carry out its mission by:

Encouraging our Student-Athletes to be SUCCESSFUL on and off the court; Stress the IMPORTANCE of Education, Team and Work Ethic; Self Responsibility, Self Respect, Integrity and Giving Back to Our Communities Through Volunteering “Community Givebacks”.

Our Purpose

CWYS purpose shall be:

To teach and improve fundamental basketball skills and encourage creativity;
Prepare our players physically and mentally for the elements of team play, sportsmanship at
a high level of competition.
Instill self-confidence, self-worth and team cooperation in a safe and fun atmosphere.
Emphasize on the importance of education, acceptable grades and personal and team work ethic, that they may be able to attend the high
schools and colleges of their choice. Consideration and safety of our student-athlete is the primary importance.
